Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all orders being shipped within the United States.  We also offer expedited shipping for a nominal fee.  Free shipping offer does not apply on shipments outside of the United States.
 
If you would like to upgrade to UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air shipping, complete your purchase and then contact our Customer Service department at 773-735-5200.  A flat rate fee will apply if the merchandise is available for expedited shipping.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  All shipping time estimates are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding all national holidays).  Shipping dates for certain items may vary due to stock or vendor availability.  Estimated processing time is noted next to each item.  If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will email you with an update of your order status.  In this case you may cancel your order or choose another style.
International Orders
Unfortunately at this time we only ship orders to the United States, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

Refused Orders
Orders that are refused or not received when delivery was attempted will be subject to a $25.00 return and restocking fee.  This is to cover the shipping back to us and the labor involved in handling your order.
