If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund. Refunds can only be issued for the original merchandise price you paid. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip. Call us at 773-735-5200 for an RMA number that needs to be marked on the return package.
Products that you return or exchange must be unworn. We do not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
We will credit your account within one week from the date we receive your package. Please note: you may not see the credit on your account immediately.
We also recommend that you insure your package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation. Please save your tracking number.
If returned merchandise is found to be worn, a credit will not be issued and the customer will have 30 days to pay $15 to have the merchandise returned to them.
