Returns
We unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction!  If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.  Refunds can only be issued for the original merchandise price you paid.  Shipping fees are not refundable.  Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip.  Call us at 773-735-5200 for an RMA number that needs to be marked on the return package.
 
Products that you return or exchange must be unworn.  We do not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. 
 
We will credit your account within one week from the date we receive your package.  Please note: you may not see the credit on your account immediately. 
 
We also recommend that you insure your package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation.  Please save your tracking number.
 
If returned merchandise is found to be worn, a credit will not be issued and the customer will have 30 days to pay $15 to have the merchandise returned to them. 
Exchanges
Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed.  If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order and request a return for your exchange item.
 
Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order.  You will see two transactions on your credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase and a charge for your exchanged new purchase.  Please be patient, it may take a while for the credit transaction to appear on your statement depending upon your card issuer.
Defective Merchandise Guarantee

All of our items are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.  Simply return your order free of charge by contacting us at 773-735-5200.  We will provide an RMA number and instructions for returning your item.
